Century One Mile
This groudbreaking project is is the first ultra low energy building in Shanghai. With an estimated annual reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by more than 1,225 tons, it is poised to make a substantial impact on environmental sustainability.
At the heart of this achievement is a cutting-edge full heat recovery fresh air system, designed not only for optimal energy efficiency but also equipped to efficiently filter PM2.5, addressing crucial air quality concerns. In addition, the project also uses a high-performance door and window system that successfully meets the requiremenets of Airtightness Level 8, further enhancing the building's overall energy performance.
The project's commitment to sustainability is underscored by its impressive outcome - a remarkable reduction of more than 50% of energy consumption for heating and air-conditioning. As Shanghai's inaugural ultra-low-energy building, this initiative sets a new standard for environmentally conscious construction, paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future.
