Coating Prime

The metal layer applied on the thermal break profile provides a secure base for the following painting of the assembled profiles.

The hygroscopic property of the polyamide we use to extrude our profiles allows them to absorb and release moisture. As you know, too little moisture will prevent powder from adhering, while too much of it will cause paint blistering.

This is the reason why it is so important to extend the range of good paintability.
