Your responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes and manufacturing methods from inception through start-up and certification, ensuring quality output across operations.
- Research and design fabrication techniques, tools, fixtures, and systems, evaluating product designs for manufacturability and suggesting adjustments to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Solve process and production issues through data analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams.
- Perform risk assessments and implement techniques for improved process control, reducing deviations.
- Analyze workflow, space requirements, equipment layout, and manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction.
- Provide detailed process documentation, operating instructions, and technical support, ensuring all team members have the right information to meet customer and project targets.
- Recommend improvement plans with cost estimates and innovative solutions, partnering with sales and customers to exceed expectations and build confidence in our brand.
- Design, test, train, and upgrade systems, tools, and equipment, collaborating globally to integrate best practices and maintain reproducibility across the value chain.
- Manage and support multiple concurrent projects, organizing team meetings to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives that deliver wide-ranging benefits.
- Investigate cost-reduction opportunities and develop routines to improve production rates and sustainability, balancing quality, quantity, and timing for optimal value.
