Young Talent Day at Technoform
At the Young Talent Day, our working students and trainees had the opportunity to discover Technoform from a new perspective and learn more about the company's history. The day offered exciting insights into the different areas of our group of companies and placed particular emphasis on dialogue and learning together.
From finance and new business development to brand communication and group-wide projects: Our colleagues presented their areas of expertise and shared valuable insights into their day-to-day work.
In addition to topics such as compliance and ESG and their integration into everyday working life, the participants were introduced to the world of brand communication and discussed what makes a successful brand and how Technoform is perceived.
There was also plenty of networking during the breaks: people exchanged ideas, shared experiences and made new contacts.
At the end of the day, everyone was asked to describe Technoform in one word. Words such as family, openness and diversity reflected how our culture is perceived by trainees and students.
